Required Skills/Experience: De-escalation skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Medical or dual diagnosis experience; able to do CIWA, COWS.

Unit Details: Patient ratios are roughly 1:12 on Adolescent, Adult Mental Wellness, and Adult Acute; 1:10 on Adult Dual Diagnosis/SUD. Patient population includes adolescents ages 13-17 and adults 18+. Acute stabilization behavioral health hospital; average length of stay is 7-10 days.

Shift & Scheduling: Call requirements: we do call/text when someone calls off shift or there are shift openings.

Floating Requirements: All units if necessary.
