Required Skills/Experience: 2+ years of strong Med/Surg.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Tele background preferred.
• Given the nature of our Resource/Float Pool operations, we would strongly prefer nurses who have prior experience working in a resource pool or float environment. Our float pool nurses regularly rotate across multiple inpatient units, and familiarity with this model is essential for ensuring safe, efficient, and flexible coverage.

Floating Requirements:

• Start Date: 7/7 or 7/15
• ALL floating for the Resource Team. Will remain at Northwest, but will go to all MS/TEL units.
• Every other weekend.
• Holiday Requirements: As Needed
