Required Skills/Experience:

• Large teaching-facility experience required.

• Public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable transportation is required, and a personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended.

Unit Details:

• The clinician will be primarily assigned to M5/McClure 5, a neurosurgical and surgical unit.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day.
• The schedule runs Monday through Sunday.
• The clinician must be flexible with scheduling, including a minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjustments to meet unit and patient care needs.

Floating Requirements:

• Travelers float first; floating includes units within the central pool, including medical-surgical/telemetry units.
• The clinician may also float to support areas including hematology, oncology, orthopedics, med-tele, general surgery, neurology (including neuro SDU), neurosurgery, ENT, and GYN.
• The clinician will float outside their assigned pod to units of like skill and ability, ED boarders, and possible surge areas.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
