Unit Details:
Provides discharge planning services for adult medical/surgical patients.
Average daily caseload is 22-28.

Shift & Scheduling:
Shift options are 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 7:00 AM-5:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation.

Floating Requirements:
Generally assigned to 1 unit but may need to float to other units.
