Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Required Skills/Experience: Ortho, robotics (deal breaker if they do not have experience), neuro, gyn (SW) experience.
Shift & Scheduling: call required, EOW
Work with the manager on scheduling - block scheduling at their discretion. Shifts start at 7am but the lengths will vary on need which will be in the request to you. It is Mon-FRi with call and float between campuses if needed.
Weeknight/Call Requirements Yes, Varies by rotation. Call hours are end of shift until beginnning of next day. Call can be as much as every other weekend and two days a week average. It depends on how many RNFA's we have. RNFA's on weekends cover both campuses but are not required for all cases.
