Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: No first-time travelers; screen if 5+ years experience. Diagnostic cardiac cath lab experience, cardiac stent placement, circulate procedures, right and left heart catheterization.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. STEMI, arrhythmias, kidney and carotid blockage. Heart cath, pacemaker, ICD, cardiac angio, peripheral vascular studies to include AIF, carotid stenting, declot, IR to include nephrostomy. Moderate sedation.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs. On-call required: 1730-0700 weeknights and weekends (Fri 1730-0700 Monday).
