Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission.

Preferred Credentials: Masters degree in Nursing.

Unit/Facility Details: Director level expertise to cover all of Maternal Child Health Department.

Special Requests: All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval).

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday-Friday with some off shift and weekend presence requirements per month to be determined by the CNO/covering Director.
• Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
• Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer.
