    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience: RNs are required to read, interpret, and document monitor strips; tele tech provides monitor oversight.

    Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care; refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract. Will not take duos that want the same schedule or share a car.

    Shift & Scheduling: Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Every other weekend. If placed on call and then called back in, must arrive within 30 minutes.

    Floating Requirements: Typically PCU, occasionally MedSurg; will take the same ratio of patients typically assigned on these units (1:4 or 1:5).

    Required Credentials: RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated

    Special Requests: Holiday requirements: minimum of 2 holidays that fall within the contract time frame. RTO must be requested upfront and is limited to 7 or fewer days per 13-week contract. Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submission.
