Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Expectation is that the manager can jump into patient care if unit demands it. 5+ years managerial experience at a Level I or II Facility. Critical Care/ICU experience required.
Preferred Credentials: Professional certification preferred
Unit/Facility Details: Nurse Manager - TICU
Shift & Scheduling: Typically M-F 8a-5p/7a-4p, however at times they may be onsite outside of those hours for business needs. Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview. Will be required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period. Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours, for low census per 13-week contract. This may be full or partial shifts. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
Floating Requirements: Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.
