Required Skills/Experience:
1 year of experience within the past 3 years must be within a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Special Requests:
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Cancellation requires 2 weeks' notice.

Unit Details:
The assignment includes admissions and the admission process.
The assignment includes transfers, discharges, and fall reporting.
Night shift includes a med pass at the beginning of the shift.
On day shifts, the nurse is responsible for all treatments.

Shift & Scheduling:
The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday coverage.
No call.
Flexible contract hours: 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours per week for eight to ten hour shifts.
The work week runs Sunday through Saturday.
