Required Skills/Experience:

• Float experience does not count toward the unit experience requirement.

Required Credentials:

• Driver's license and auto insurance required.

Unit Details:

• Primary coverage area: Denton, Justin, Lewisville, Carrollton, Prosper, Little Elm/Frisco.
• Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday-Friday.
• On-call required.
• Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from the administrator.

Floating Requirements:

• May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed, which is about a 60 mile radius from the facility address.
