You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.

Required Skills/Experience: Expertise in circulating pediatric cardiac cases; scrub experience in them preferred.

Required Credentials: If you have a multistate license, you will be required to complete a 1-time 6-hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations.

Special Requests: Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.

Shift & Scheduling: On call: optional.

Floating Requirements: Adult cardiac surgery (optional).
