An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years with cardiac experience Skills with Swans, IABP's and post op hearts required

Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor's Degree

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every 2-3 weekends, F/Sa/Sn. Every other holiday. On Call/Call Back Requirements: Picking up call permitted, not required. Response time (if picking up call): 1 hour. Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours - can be low censused in hour increments as needed.

Floating Requirements: Float to all inpatient units as needed. Normally critical care and acute care cluster.
