Required Skills/Experience: Epic EMR experience in a like unit within the last 12 months required.

Unit Details: Cares for geriatric, adult, psychiatric, medical/surgical, and telemetry patient populations. Telemetry ratios are currently 1:4 on days and 1:5 on nights. Med/Surg ratios are currently 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights.

Shift & Scheduling: Estimated work week 36-hours with the possibility of overtime. Every other weekend rotation. Every other holiday rotation is required. Not part of a regular call rotation, but may be occasionally placed on call during periods of low census; if called in, must be able to arrive on-site within one hour.

Floating Requirements: Required to float to units within scope at the West Burlington Campus and may be required to float to the Fort Madison or Henry County campuses at times. Floating may include any non-critical care inpatient units, including Behavioral Health and the Emergency Department if there are boarded patients. If the traveler has critical care experience, they may be floated to the CCU or ICU.
