In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.

Required Credentials:
Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, with only 2 attempts permitted.
Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Pharmacology Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% score, with only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details:
Cardiac telemetry units caring for cardiac patients, including post-op care.
Supported by PCTs, a healthcare unit coordinator, and a unit secretary.
Virtual sitter monitoring and monitor tech support for telemetry patients.
Serves patients of all ages.

Shift & Scheduling:
Travelers will be required to work up to 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period and holidays if the department has a need.

Floating Requirements:
Required to float to cardiac telemetry and med-surg departments.
