Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years of recent ICU experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Prior burn care experience is not required but is a plus.

Unit Details:

• Burn resuscitation practices vary by institution based on FFP and albumin availability and protocols; orientation will cover the facility's nurse-driven resuscitation protocol.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Orientation typically occurs on Tuesday or Wednesday each week.
• Every weekend.
• Holidays as needed.
• No call.
• No more than 7 days of RTO.

Floating Requirements:

• Willing to float to other ICUs, PCU, MedSurg/Tele, and ED Boarding if needed.
