Unit Details:

• Uses Xper, Philips, balloon pump, and Impella.
• Patient population includes cardiology, vascular, and interventional radiology.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri with variable start times of 0630, 0700, and 0800; start times are rotated equally between cath lab staff, with 1 rotating day off.
• On-call weekends.
• 8-10 call shifts in a 4-week schedule.
