Required Skills/Experience:
Proficiency is required in monitoring patients in the Cath Lab using the Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices, and in monitoring Lexiscan stress tests.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Recent traveler experience preferred.

Special Requests:
Former direct employees of CCMH are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after their former direct employment.

Unit Details:
Procedures include left heart cath; right and left heart cath; PTCA; stenting; thrombectomy; atherectomy; carotid diagnostic and stenting procedures; peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, including atherectomy; pacemaker insertion; tilt table testing; kyphoplasty; and AV graft diagnostic, stent, and thrombectomy procedures.
The Cath Lab RN assists in the pre- and post-procedure areas and with patient transport.
Equipment includes a Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, various coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices, and two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms.

Shift & Scheduling:
On-call coverage is 7 days a month, not consecutive.
Call rotates during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
