Required Credentials:

• Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
• Ascension Cerner Test-Out required during onboarding.
• Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score; 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%; 2 attempts allowed.
• Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
• To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend required.
