Required Credentials:
Driver's License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Ascension Health does not accept Tdap, Varicella, or MMR declinations.
Ascension EKG Exam is required during onboarding; minimum passing score of at least 80%, with only two attempts permitted.
Ascension Core Competencies is required during onboarding; topics include HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only 2 attempts allowed.
Ascension Pharmacology Exam (Pharmacology 1 or 2) is required during onboarding; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed; updated every 3 years thereafter.
Ascension Medical Surgical Exam is required during onboarding; minimum 80% score; only 2 attempts allowed; updated every 3 years thereafter.

Special Requests:
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver's license.

Unit Details:
Progressive cardiac care for medical, cardiac, pre/post cardiovascular surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow patients.
