In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Extensive experience with surgical patient population and telemetry required.
• Prior VAD experience required.

Required Credentials:

• VAD certification required.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
• Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details:

• Patient population includes post open-heart, heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resections, and pneumonectomy cases.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
