Required Skills/Experience:

• RN will need experience with high acuity patients. ICU experience required for management of High Acuity IMC patients.

• 2 years Cardiac open heart recovery experience, strong Surgical IMC experience.

• Looking for RNs with experience taking care of patients who are 1+ days out from CABG, Valve repairs and Valve replacements, very heavy Cardiovascular Post-op step down. These clinicians specialize in caring for patients with Mechanical Circulatory Support devices like LVADs, as well as patients recovering from heart and lung transplants.
