Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wears a mask at all times.
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum two years recent RN experience in the specialty being applied for is required; in some cases, more experience may be required.
Required Credentials: ENPC accepted in place of PALS.
Unit Details: Rotates through Main ED, ED Fast Track, and ED Observation, as well as triage, quick registration, Covid Tent, and entry screening. May be assigned to a different area at least daily and may be rotated during the shift based on patient volume and unit needs. May assist with Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed.
Shift & Scheduling: 15-minute call response time for all units with a call requirement. Typical schedule is 7 on, 7 off, with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Shift may change during the contract and may need to cover day shift based on staffing needs. Must be flexible to work other shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed. Maximum one (1) week RTO, if needed.
Floating Requirements: Occasional floating to other departments in which the clinician is qualified to work; may take a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or assist with task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones.
