Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience preferred.

Unit Details:

• Supports the trauma program in a performance improvement role.
• Primarily on-site; a hybrid model with remote days may be considered.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Monday through Friday normal business hours.
