Required Skills/Experience:
- More than 2 years’ experience, proficient IV skills, familiar with Stroke, STEMI and Trauma activations, understands core measures and National Patient Safety Goals, familiar with AIDET and Press Ganey patient customer services.
Preferred Credentials:
- NCI and procedural sedation requested, not mandatory.
Unit Details:
- Uses Lifepak defibrillators, Braun IV pumps, Philips monitoring systems, and Motorola radio systems.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 8- or 12-hour shifts, scheduled 80 hours in 2-week period, manager to determine shift upon arrival, one on-call shift per roster, at least one weekend off per roster.
- Holidays as required.
Floating Requirements:
- Floating is determined by nursing administration and will only be to units within the clinician's clinical abilities.
