In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials: Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Cerner Test-Out required. Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with only 2 attempts allowed. Ascension EKG Exam required; minimum passing score of 80%, with only 2 attempts allowed.

Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates must have been separated from Ascension employment for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Unit Details: This ED treats a high volume of behavioral health patients.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week for 12-hour schedules. Every other weekend. No call.
