Clinician's claimed residence must match the address on their driver's license to receive the travel rate. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.

Required Credentials:

• Driver's license is required for clinicians working on a compact license.
• CPI must be an 8-hour course.
• Ascension Core Competencies exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score 80% with 2 attempts.
• Ascension EKG exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score 80% with 2 attempts.

Special Requests:

• Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles.
• Candidates must have been separated from Ascension employment for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
• Every other weekend, plus holidays.
