Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year Emergency Department in a Level 1 or 2 years in a Level 2 trauma facility only.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Trauma/peds, 200+ patients/day, high acuity experience preferred.

Special Requests:

• RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.
• Holiday RTO: can request only 1 per assignment.

Unit Details:

• Busy urban trauma center.
• Level 1 trauma, stroke, STEMI, and regional burn center.
• Patient ratios: 4:1 routinely; surge and other circumstances will alter. Ratios are not guaranteed.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
• Weekends as required by facility.
• No call.
• Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week.
