Required Skills/Experience:
1 year of Emergency Department experience in a Level 1 trauma facility or 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma facility only.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Trauma and pediatric experience preferred.
Experience in a department seeing 200+ patients per day preferred.
High-acuity experience preferred.

Special Requests:
RTO must be made up on the back end.
RTO will not be approved in the first week of the assignment.
Only 1 holiday RTO request may be made per assignment.

Unit Details:
Patient ratios are 4:1 routinely; surge and other circumstances will alter them, and ratios are not guaranteed.
Patient population includes trauma, stroke, STEMI, and burn cases.
Patient population includes all age groups.

Shift & Scheduling:
Weekend hours are as required by the facility.
No call.
Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week.
