Additional Information
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in a comprehensive stroke center and high-volume >100,000 visit ED preferred.
- Previous HCA experience preferred.
Unit Details:
- Patient ratios: 4:1 typically for medical patients; up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds.
- Techs available in the cardiac monitoring unit, internal processing area, and triage; unit clerks on days and nights.
- Uses Baxter pumps and GE monitors.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements:
- No floating outside of the ED, but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
