Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume > 100,000 visit ED.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Previous HCA experience preferred.
Special Requests:
- Scheduling must meet the needs of the department; block scheduling cannot be committed.
Unit Details:
- Patient ratios: 4:1 typically for medical patients, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holds.
- Techs available in the cardiac monitoring unit and internal processing area, triage, and unit clerks on days and nights.
- Uses Baxter pumps and GE monitors.
- Serves a multicultural community with over 120 languages in the zip code.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements:
- No floating outside of the ED, but must be open to floating to all sections within the ED.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
