Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Special Requests:

• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
• Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• Must note in submission if previously employed by Sanford Health; prior Sanford Health end date must be at least 6 months before submission.
• Permanent address must be more than 80 miles from facility.

Unit Details:

• Emergency care for all ages, including trauma, strokes, STEMI, cardiac arrest, procedural sedation, IVs, EKGs, assisting with suturing, patient transfers, and care of inpatients held in the ED.
• Uses Phillips monitors, Accudose medication dispensing system, and Alaris pumps.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Straight weekends.
• Every holiday that falls within the contract.
• No call.

Floating Requirements:

• May float to Med Surg if needed; floating is very rare.
