Skills Checklist: cannot contain any N/As, all lines must have a numerical rating.

Required Skills/Experience:

• 6 months MS exp in the past year.
• 6 months ER exp in the past year.
• Able to function independently in the ER and function in MS unit with up to 5 patients.

Special Requests:

• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
• Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
• Must disclose previous Sanford Health employment.
• If previously employed with Sanford Health, must have an end date at least 6 months prior to the submission date.

Unit Details:

• Med Surg and ER nursing.
• Uses Sanford One Charge and Pyxis.
• For Med/Surg - typicaly 3 to 4 to one - depending on census and acuity.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend and holiday.
• 3 Call Shifts Required in a 13 week contract.

Floating Requirements:

• Will float between ER and Med Surg.
