Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Required Skills/Experience:
6 months of Med Surg experience in the past year.
Must be able to function independently in the ER and in the Med Surg unit with up to 5 patients.

Required Credentials:
NRP can be completed onsite with approval.

Special Requests:
Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well.
Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
If you previously worked for Sanford Health, your employment must have ended at least 6 months before your submission date.

Unit Details:
Uses Sanford One Charge and Pyxis.
Med/Surg nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 3 to 4 patients to 1 nurse, depending on census and acuity.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend and holiday coverage is required.
3 call shifts are required in a 13-week contract.

Floating Requirements:
Will float between the ER and Med Surg units.
