Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years - at least 2 years of experience that sees at least 100 patients a day and is experienced with 4:1 ratios.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility will not be eligible for a travel contract.
Unit Details: Neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Emergency department sees approximately 95 patients/day.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. Weekends required.
Floating Requirements: Float required within scope to meet facility needs.
