Required Skills/Experience: 1 year of experience on a MedSurg floor in a hospital setting required.

Unit Details: Coverage area includes Marion, Washington, Taylor, LaRue, Hardin, Meade, and Breckenridge Counties. Case manages roughly 30 adult patients. 6.5 points per day. Includes start of care, recertifications, and daily visits. Clinical manager or educator available 24/7 for emergencies and 8-5 otherwise. Phone and tablet provided.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri schedule with weekend rotation; weekend rotation depends on the number of nurses in the rotation. Holiday rotation required. No on-call.

Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Each employment history entry on the resume must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level if applicable, patient ratio, and whether the facility is a teaching facility. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on the resume or elsewhere in the submission for a DNU check.
