Required Skills/Experience:
Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Must have recent Home Health experience 2023-24.

Unit Details:
Coverage area: Jackson County.
RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points/wk.
SOC 2.5, ROC 2.0, Discharge (OASIS) 1.5, Recertification 1.5, Routine visits 1.

Shift & Scheduling:
Mon-Fri.
Weekend rotation preferred if possible.

Floating Requirements:
May be asked to help in other territories within the facility's service area as needed, which is about a 60 mile radius from the facility address.
