Required Credentials:

• If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri, no weekends.

Floating Requirements:

• Coverage area: Team 2 - territory will be Bellevue/Redmond/Issaquah.
• Coverage area is not guaranteed for duration of assignment and subject to change. Clinician may be asked to see patients in a different territory on occasion as needed, or the assigned territory may change depending on available staff and patient needs.
