Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 year of recent Skilled Home Health experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years).

Unit Details:

• Geriatric caseload.
• Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
• Clients are grouped to minimize drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
• 1:1 ratio; may visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri.
