Required Skills/Experience:

• 1 yr of recent skilled home health experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years).

Unit Details:

• Geriatric caseload.
• Client visits are grouped to minimize drive and windshield time; occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
• 1:1 ratio; may visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Mon-Fri.
