Required Skills / Experience: Must have recent Hospice exp 2024-25

Unit / Facility Details: Auto Insurance is required

Special Requests: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Client may consider without HCHB exp for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday. Mainly weekdays but if agreeable may use for after hours and/or weekends.

Floating Requirement: Coverage area: up to 60 mile radius. May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address.
