Required Skills/Experience:

• Must be able to take tracheostomies with ventilators.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests:

• Ideally no more than 5 days of RTO.

Unit Details:

• Adult patient population.
• Only dedicated IMC unit in the hospital; cares for patients of all diagnoses and patient types.
• Very fast-paced unit with high patient throughput. Nurses are typically at a 1:4 patient ratio with a free charge; the charge may take up to 4 patients if needed, but this does not happen often.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 4x12s may be accommodated if preferred.
• Every other weekend.
• No call.

Floating Requirements:

• Will float as needed.
