References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience:
Sedation skills are required.
At least 2-room lab experience in a 250-bed facility is required.
Candidates may be either an IR RN or a Cath Lab RN; IR RNs must have Epic experience, while Epic experience is highly preferred for Cath Lab RNs.
IR RNs must have neuro and vascular experience.
First-time travelers are accepted only with 2 years of lab experience (hard stop).

Preferred Skills/Experience:
EP experience is nice to have but not required.

Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:
Shifts may be scheduled any day Monday-Friday.
Weekend requirement: Call only.
Call required: 7 days/month - 1 weekend/month (Friday-Sunday PM) + 1 day/week.
