Required Skills/Experience:

• Postpartum experience.
• Well-baby experience.
• Stabilization of critical newborn for transfers.

Unit Details:

• Patient population includes labor, post-partum, and neonates.
• Equipment used: IV pumps, epidural pumps, fetal monitoring equipment, fetal doppler, syringe pump.
• Patient ratios vary based on patient acuity.
• Common diagnosis/treatment: term and late preterm indications, gestational HTN, gestational diabetes.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend. For night shift, weekend shifts are Friday/Saturday.
• No call.
