References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Special Requests:

• Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
• Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
• Cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
• Block scheduling available.
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Unit Details:

• Labor: 1:1-2. Postpartum: 1:2-3.

• 35 weeks in labor; mom/baby couplets.

• RNs are required to titrate drips. Common titratable and/or set rate drips: antepartum/labor: magnesium, oxytocin, LR, Zofran. Postpartum: prenatal vitamin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen, Percocet, Toradol.
• Charge nurse on each shift and takes an assignment.
• Neonatal vent, CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow.
• Uses OB Trace Vue.
• Rural hospital with limited services; NICU >1 hour away.
• Surgery is in charge of the C section; RN circulates for the baby.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every 3rd weekend.
• Holidays as needed.

Floating Requirements:

• Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1:1 with patients.
