Required Skills/Experience:

• Labor management.
• Circulating a cesarean section.

Unit Details:

• Patient ratios are 1:1 for Pitocin, C-section delivery, and recovery, and 2-3 for antepartum patients; the unit strives to follow AWHONN guidelines.
• Uses GE fetal monitoring equipment.
• Procedures include vaginal deliveries, C-sections, triage, and iron infusions.

Shift & Scheduling:

• On-call requirement: 1-2 shifts per schedule.

Floating Requirements:

• Floating is to Mother-Baby if needed and to units outside Women's Services as a resource only; the unit reports it is currently too busy for floating.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
