Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year minimum medical oncology experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Chemo competency preferred. Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
Required Credentials: Chemo certification required; does not have to be ONS.
Special Requests: Block schedule not guaranteed. For any approved requests more than five days, the traveler is required to add the time to the end of the contract to allow a full 13-week assignment. All time off requests must be outlined at the time of submission.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Diagnoses include leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, sickle cell, and symptom management. Procedures and care include chemo/biotherapy, stem cell infusions, CAR-T, bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures, blood product transfusions, and central line care.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call. Maximum of five RTO days will be approved for 13 weeks; seven RTO days for 18 weeks.
Floating Requirements: Will float within scope to Acute Care/IMC to meet facility needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
