Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.

Required Credentials:

• No temp licenses accepted.
• All RNs are required to complete a Cardiac Exam during onboarding. RNs are allowed two attempts and must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass prior to clearance. ICU and ED RNs will also be required to take an on-site test in addition to the online pre-test.

Unit Details:

• Trauma surgical unit caring primarily for trauma and surgical patients; also cares for ortho and urology patients.
• Interdisciplinary team approach with family practice physicians, hospitalists, and surgical specialists.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Holidays as required.
• Every other weekend.
• Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.
