Required Certifications/Licensure:

• IA licensure is required, in addition to IL licensure. If IA license is NOT active, you MUST show proof of application for IA single state license or compact license at offer acceptance.

Unit Details:

• Patient ratios are 1:5-6 on days and 1:6-7 on nights.
• RNs work with patient care techs.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend.
• No call.
• Travelers will be required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

Floating Requirements:

• May be required to float across all campuses: Rock Island, Bettendorf, Moline, and Muscatine.
• Stepdown/Cardiac experience preferred, as traveler will float to the Stepdown unit as needed.
