Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Patient ratio experience required: 1:4.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.
• Chemo administration is not required.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements:

• Float within scope if needed to meet facility or department needs.

Required Credentials:

• Current and valid DL or State issued ID required
• In addition to a valid driver’s license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months).
